Retail Associate Manager

Dependability is key, are you organized and able to multi-task?

The team will look towards you for support and to lead them as you fit every customer with what suits them best while maintaining the day to day store operations with your Store Manager.

responsibilities

A little run-down of the duties you’ll be doing.

  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in all management functions
  • Floor Coaching is a priority
  • Completion of all E-Learnings, monthly Products and Service calls, and any other Webinar or training workshops or calls available
  • Provide leadership and support to the Retail Sales Reps
  • Coach and develop employees
  • Gather all paperwork for the day and verify that every transaction for the day has been entered into the internal tracking system at the point of sale
  • Assist the Store Manager in completing all sales, personnel and inventory paperwork
  • Back-up the Store Manager in the event of their absence

qualifications

These are an absolute must, do you fit the bill?

  • One year of retail experience
  • Retail wireless experience
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish
  • Minimum one year of employee supervision
  • A high school degree or GED
