Retail Store Manager
Arlington, VA

We need a leader, someone that will bring their A game on and off the sales floor. Our store managers are the foundation of our stores and the team will look to you for guidance and energy.

responsibilities

A little run-down of the duties you’ll be doing.

  • Offer consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours
  • Floor Coaching is a priority
  • Develop, motivate and manage a high-performing team
  • Respect and meet all mandatory deadlines given to the management team. If any mandatory deadline is not met, a written notice will be issued to the Manager. A signature will be required and the notice will then be put into the Manager’s employee file
  • Required to attend mandatory weekly conference calls
  • Completion of all E-Learnings, monthly Products and Service calls, and any other webinar or training workshops or calls available
  • Gather all paperwork for the day and verify that every transaction for the day for all employees have been entered into the Viva Tracker
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals with a minimum expectation of 80%
  • Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T‑Mobile technology
  • Create an environment for discovery in your store that sparks new ideas for using mobile communications
  • Execute the processes and procedures that ensure that the “back” of the store works as well as the “front” from a customer perspective
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships
  • Open and close the store
  • Maintain all store operational procedures

qualifications

These are an absolute must, do you fit the bill?

  • Minimum of one year of retail experience
  • Retail wireless experience
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish
  • Minimum one year of employee supervision
  • A high school degree or GED
